Sorry, miniBloq is not supported for Mac OS X. Some people have been able to hack a solution to get miniBloq to work with OS X, but it is not officially supported:

That said, if you want to use graphical block-based programming with OSX, try Adublock - it's included in SparkiDuino under the Tools menu.
